Chicken Zucchini Casserole #chicken #dinner

Since this is by all accounts the season when zucchini and squash are over streaming at the stores, and your nursery in the event that you are fortunate enough to have one, I figured it was about time I made one of these simple chicken heats with some mid year squash.

This chicken zucchini goulash is the best simple supper for occupied weeknights since it just has a bunch of basic fixings, and all heats in a single dish so tidy up is a breeze! It is loaded with crisp, sound flavors and is delicious and light yet at the same time very filling. On the off chance that you are hoping to go through certain zucchini or squash, at that point this may very well be the most ideal way!

The zucchini and squash will be way less "squishy" and hold their surface much better when you do it new, so I think it is best just to do it the day of. In the event that you need a decent trade off among new and solidified, you could solidify chicken with the pesto, at that point simply toss some new veggies and cheddar on top before heating.
